• 35 €/day for one day
• 30 €/day for 2-5 days
• 28 €/day for 6 days or more

• Payments shall be made in cash when taking over the car.
• At the beginning of the rental period, the Customer will be requested to pay a security deposit in the amount of EUR 300. Upon returning the rented car, the Customer shall be paid back the deposit fully if the car is returned in the same condition in which it was handed over.

Terms

Age

Minimum age of the Customer: 21.

Driver's licence

The Customer must have a valid driver's licence, held for at least one year prior to rental.

Identity card/Passport

Romanian citizens must present a valid Identity Card or passport. Foreign citizens must present a valid passport.

Payment

The Customer must pay for the car provided by the Company a rental fee in lei according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania valid on the day of payment. Payments shall be made in cash when taking over the car. The Customer shall present a debit/credit card.

Minimum rental period

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Deposit

At the beginning of the rental period, the Customer will be requested to pay a security deposit in the amount of EUR 300. Upon returning the rented car, the Customer shall be paid back the deposit fully if the car is returned in the same condition in which it was handed over.

Takin over/Returning the car

The car can be taken over and returned only at the Company headquarters.

Returning the car - fuel

Rental rates do not include fuel.

The car is handed over to the Customer with full tank. The Customer has to return the car at the end of the rental period with full tank and with all the documents received together with the car. For the missing fuel amount, the Customer shall pay the equivalent of EUR 1.2/liter.

Returning the car – the grace period

The car must be returned at the time and date and to the location specified in the rental agreement. No fee is charged for delays up to one hour. For delays over one hour, the Customer shall pay a fee equivalent to a day's rental fee. The car rental Company must be informed of any delay by phone or by other means, otherwise it will notify the police and declare the car stolen.

Insurance

The car has Third Party Insurance. The insurance is valid only in Romania. If the car is damaged, the Customer’s liability for damages is limited to the amount of Euro 300.

The owner is nor responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of the property placed within the car and belonging to the Customer or to the persons accompanying the Customer.

Driving restrictions

The car shall not leave the territory of Romania. It is forbidden to cross the Black Sea on board of a boat or by any other means.

If these restrictions are not complied with, all insurance will be void. In case of accident, all responsibility shall lie with the driver, who will suffer all consequences, including payment of repair fees.

Additional driver

The person specified in the rental agreement must be the main driver and shall be present at the time the car is rented and shall pay all rental rates.

In case additional drivers are needed, the amount of Euro 5/day shall be paid for each additional driver.

Road fee

The road fee is included in the rental fee.

Fee charged for loss of keys and/or documents

A fee of Euro 300 shall be charged for the loss of keys and/or documents.

Insurance against theft

The Customer is fully liable in case the car is stolen or damaged as a result of vandalism.
